Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, standard domestic shipping within the United States typically arrives in 3–5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an accelerated delivery timeline.
Currently we do not offer any international shipping, we only ship inside the United States.
We stand behind the craftsmanship and fit of every Vauxelle piece. If a garment does not perfectly align with your expectations, we offer a streamlined return and exchange process
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days. A standard return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from your final refund amount. Exchanges for a different size or color are always complimentary.
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached within 15 days of the delivery date. To maintain our standard of hygiene and quality, all intimate items—including our seamless undergarments—are final sale.
